All products bought on wecover.ca that have not been used, installed or are not soiled or broken can be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase.
In order to get a reimboursement, the product(s) concerned must be returned within the mentioned period, in the original condition and in the corresponding original packaging. It is also necessary to have the proof of purchase.
However, reimbursement is only made once an inspection is completed by a WeCover team member.
The return is at the customer’s expense, unless there is a manufacturing defect. In this case, you must contact info@nettoile.com by email to indicate the problem. The WeCover team will then follow up accordingly and if there is indeed a manufacturing defect, exchanges will be accepted.
If an order error has instead occurred, the costs will be charged to the customer for transport.
