All products bought on wecover.ca that have not been used, installed or are not soiled or broken can be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase.<\/p>

In order to get a reimboursement, the product(s) concerned must be returned within the mentioned period, in the original condition and in the corresponding original packaging. It is also necessary to have the proof of purchase.<\/p>

However, reimbursement is only made once an inspection is completed by a WeCover team member.<\/p>

The return is at the customer’s expense, unless there is a manufacturing defect. In this case, you must contact info@nettoile.com<\/a> by email to indicate the problem. The WeCover team will then follow up accordingly and if there is indeed a manufacturing defect, exchanges will be accepted.<\/p>

If an order error has instead occurred, the costs will be charged to the customer for transport.<\/p>
